EVP Licensing
Laura is Executive Vice President of Licensing for BrandJourney. She leads the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of the consumer products licensing business, a $2 billion-plus retail portfolio that includes the Drew & Jonathan Home and Scott Living.
Laura’s retail buying, product development, and wholesale expertise spans three decades in the home industry, including executive experience at Fortessa Tableware Solutions, as well as stints at World Kitchen, Venture Stores, and Kitchen Etc. Laura has an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and lives in Orlando with her family.

EVP Production & Development
As Executive Vice President of Production & Development, Josie is proud to have more than 100+ hours of original programming per year under her leadership, with hit shows including Property Brothers: Forever Home, Celebrity IOU, Nate and Jeremiah by Design, Making it Home with Kortney and Kenny, along with many others.
Josie began her career in commercials before entering documentary production with partners including Discovery, History, and National Geographic. Before arriving at SBE, Josie spent a decade at General Purpose Pictures, where she acted as Head of Production and developed and produced a number of shows.
Josie lives in Toronto with her husband and their two children.

President
David is the President of BrandJourney.
Based in Toronto, David was a founding partner at Toronto-based entertainment law firm Stohn Hay Cafazzo Dembroski Richmond LLP where he had a client roster consisting of well-known recording artists, record companies, producers of dramatic and reality programs, writers, directors, theatrical producers and music and book publishers. He previously worked at Aird & Berlis and Blake Cassels & Graydon.

VP Creative & Design
Elizabeth is Vice President of Creative & Design for BrandJourney leading creative direction, trend, and product design for the $2 billion-plus consumer products retail business since joining in 2022.
Elizabeth’s passion and expertise in branding, design, product development, and retail embodies thirty plus years of hands-on experience creating and launching multi-category home collections for countless global suppliers and top retailers.
Elizabeth has a BFA from Syracuse University and lives in Connecticut, just outside New York City, with her family.

SVP Digital
Amy is an experienced digital strategy, partnerships, and operations leader with over 20 years of digital media experience. Prior to her current role as Senior Vice President, Digital, Amy served as Vice President on the executive leadership team for Discovery Digital Studios where she led digital strategy and partnerships for lifestyle brands like HGTV, Food Network, TLC, and more. Over her 12 years in this role, Amy helped grow the digital portfolio to 200M global fans, launched a successful affiliate commerce business, and established many major strategic partnerships.
Prior to this, Amy led digital operations for EW Scripps Newspapers where she was part of the executive strategy transformation team responsible for pivoting the company to a digital-first publisher. Amy also has digital experience across multiple industries, including government, healthcare, and education. Amy lives in Knoxville with her husband.

Kelly Reeves is Vice President, Marketing for BrandJourney leading overall brand strategy and marketing for clients. Kelly thrives on building brands by connecting people to stories, communities, and things they’ll love. She has created audiences, brand, content, and digital marketing strategy for companies of all sizes, from emerging startups, to side hustle passion projects, to global technology and entertainment companies including Scott Brothers Global, Google, Qualcomm, YouTube, Outbrain, AOL, and CMT/Viacom.
Kelly lives in Nashville with her husband, two young children, and loves checking out live music and new restaurants.
